Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You only need a card when upgrading to Starter or Professional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the billing period ends.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All student data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We are FERPA-compliant and redact PII before persistence. Your LMS credentials are encrypted and never stored in plaintext.
What LMS platforms do you support?
Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and Halo — via native API connectors and LTI 1.3. The Free plan includes Canvas; Starter and above unlock all LMS platforms.
How does the AI budget work?
Each plan includes a monthly AI budget for grading, drafting, and compliance scans. Usage is tracked in real time on your dashboard. Enterprise plans have unlimited AI budget.
